I just got a new computer. To install Microsoft office that included all of the software that I needed would've cost me a lot more than paying for a subscription for 3 years. Knowing that new products are always on the horizon, this affords me to upgrade without incurring another huge cost.

The product is exactly what I needed. I found the installation confusing. I got it done but I’m very comfortable with computers. I can only imagine the phone call I’d get from my mother if she had to install the product.

I enjoy Microsoft 365 for all my platforms; I do wish it were a one time purchase still though

I wish they considered student discounts, but when bundled with my new laptop the deal for this with TotalTech was too good to pass up.

I keep forgetting to set my office 365 up for some reason I don't know why but I like it pretty good and then I get it free for 15 months of nothing better thank you that's fine you're awesome

The whole process was great and I am thrilled with my new computer, should have done it A LONG TIME AGO.

I would really prefer going to a one time purchase but that product does not have Outlook so I am stuck with 365 personal.

This is a great microsoft bundle and product. I always buy Microsoft products

The salesman said that the card includes Publisher. It does not. The Geek squad, all of whom were tremendously helpful, said you are phasing out Publisher and that it no longer is included. They are amazing!. The clerk needs to know his products. I am very disappointed.

This purchase was excellent for my home and business. I definitely recommend to buy it.

Got this at a special price as a combo for a laptop. so I saved $20. This is an essential tool for a student or anyone who is involved in presentations. school projects, etc.

I didn’t think publisher would be apart of this but it is. Definitely awesome bundle and worth it !

Bought Microsoft 365 when I purchased my new laptop the end of October 2022. The download and installation from the website was flawless, no problems at all.

Love the Microsoft 365 and sales person was very helpful in helping me to set up. Would recommend this product

Great program and overall bundle deal when you compare it to getting the monthly subscription or 12 month subscription. Highly reccomend for students.

Office 365 has almost fully functional Microsoft Office products. The exception is Outlook which doesn't have all of the functionality that you'd have if you were using an Exchange server. For instance, you can't set a time and date for a flagged e-mail message. Otherwise, I'd give it a five-star rating.

Nice product that I got is for a discount while I was buying my laptop as a package. I am really enjoying this product which really need for my personal use and official use as well. Great product at great discount price.

Although I like using the Microsoft 365 Personal and through being a loyal Best Buy customer and having Total Tech I have a 15 month subscription. My issue is as much as you pay for the Microsoft 365, why you just can't have it indefinitely. Why do you have to keep purchasing it every year. There are a bunch of preloaded stuff on a computer that you will never use , but ever one needs to be able to use Microsoft 365

This is a great addition to my home computer system. I never have to worry about the quality of my software system.
