This package has the programs to run a simple small business to just an individual with minimal needs such as christmas letters. You don't have to worry about a power outage since the new versions have autosave built in.

I mistakenly purchased this thinking it would give me more microsoft word features on my chromebook. It does but it is still not word on a regular computer. I like that it comes with 1Tb of online storage. However, I do not like that you have to pay an annual fee to keep.

This product was purchased in order to continue using MS365. Although this product works well I don't appreciate having to be locked into purchasing it over and over again. The software locks you out once your contract time is over.

The program packet was good but the geek squard made it a true value.

Must need for a learning tool into windows programs. It does help being a Total Tech customer to Best Buy on purchases such as these.

I am very pleased with my purchase of Microsoft Personal. The agent at Best Buy was very nice and very helpful.

I have used Office for many years and have been happy with it. Normally I have gotten the version with Publisher with it to for various newsletters that I do. I wasn't happy that this new version did not have it, but the price was right.

I'm sure this program is great for those who don't mind having all their documents "in the cloud". I, however, would prefer that the things I write or do remain within my internal system. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be an option in this day and age.

The staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Helpful explanations and advice were offered. No-pressure sales tactics are appreciated. The overall process was seamless. Would recommend to others.

I'm sure my only issue is that I need some training in all the features and use of the program. It is different from what I am used to so it takes me longer when I am trying to do something. That, I'm sure, is only due to user's lack of knowledge with this updated version of Microsoft office.

Everything is awesome except the fact it needs to be purchased every year. But it is the price of having a good system.

It's Microsoft Office, so what is there to say? The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

Office is the best for data management, I tried open source, but Microsoft 365 is the only way to go
