I have to say that I'm not happy that I have to pay early I think it should be maybe every 2-5 years for renewing, as I don't need a change early. I would also like to have the military discount back.

Things for a chance to win the $400 gift card. So here you go I think the biggest thing that Best Buy is the sales. People need to be paid commission, so they don't stand together and talk to each other and not try to say anything to you. Anyone who wants by?

The program has become a bit bloated over the years, and it sucks that you have to pay an annual fee to use it, but it's still the gold standard in word processing programs.

However, I find it more difficult to find and access my old documents and spreadsheets. Also, I had to call the Geek squad to help me install the product

It does but it is still not word on a regular computer. I like that it comes with 1Tb of online storage. However, I do not like that you have to pay an annual fee to keep.
