The process of getting this version redeemed is something of a process that may be daunting to some. I eventually got it figured out and I’m sure my internet dropping it was a factor. It took me upwards of an hour.

definitely a smart purchase. so convenient and easy to install. I don't have to deal with updates or worry about renewing anytime soon (ie monthly payments)

I like Office but don't like the fact that it sits on Microsoft's site. Then if the Internet is down my information can't be reached. We also don't know if Microsoft will charge for storing data at some point in the future.

Looks like Microsoft is going to follow Adobe in the subscription model for software. You pay less up front, but if you keep it installed a long time, you're better off paying the higher amount up front - but with the subscription, you're at least getting the most recent version.

At first, I was skeptical of Office 365, had heard negative remarks. I purchased because it was less expensive. After activation and watching some YouTube videos, I haven't looked back. You save your items to the 'OneDrive' and everything is assessable from the cloud, so you can work wherever you are, on whatever you're using -- tablet, phone, laptop, home-computer. You can share your documents with others by adding them to your team on office.com. The apps that are included give you so much ability to create astonishing projects.

Been a fan of M Office for 20 years. After this, I am going to make my Mac my go to computer. Product support is horrible and even Best Buy’s Geek Squad wanted nothing to do with it after 4 return visits because they botched the install. I will also be cancelling my Geek Squad Total Mambership as well and use local tech support who for the same price provide all my of the support denied to me by the finger pointers at Best Buy, Geek Squad (also known as circular firing squad) and Microsoft. All of your solutions invite cloud solutions and security breaches. I’m a data guy by trade and I am officially done with your products once I transition over to Mac. closed system, much better security and WAY better computer and software support. I will NOT be buying my new Mac from Best Buy.

Purchased for a simple laptop to use for small business purposes. Works great!

My first experience with 365 and it is very positive. Only thing different i would have done is buy the 3 PC version. Will upgrade soon I'm sure. The access across devices (iPad and iPhone) in particular with One Drive makes this so much better than the download version.

I use basic components but find some of the jargon confusing during set-up.
