I eventually got it figured out and I’m sure my internet dropping it was a factor. It took me upwards of an hour.

Better than buying online!

Buying this product from Best Buy was the better and CHEAPER option! The price I bought it for at Best Buy compared to my online purchase was a bargain!

Online Cloud is a lifesaver!

Makes life so much easier and I don't think I'll ever need to use another thumb drive again!

First dive into 365

I wasn't sure how it would work since it is a subscription service. So far I've liked it. I've only had one issue where it wouldn't work correctly. I don't remember what the error message was, but the next time I used it, it worked fine.
