I am enjoying my purchase of 365 personal. I am able to use all of the products for home use. I was able to set up my email with ease.

Great Operating System. No Longer Need A Computer. iPad A Beautiful Thing

It’s working perfectly fine on my MAC. On my daily basis this pack is enough to Perform my tasks.

I actually went from Microsoft Word 2003 to this version. Quite a jump. I'm a writer and for me the old version was quite adequate for composing just not for other technology interface. Perhaps if you were changing from a more recent version of Word to this one it would be easier; but I found this version to be particularly difficult to navigate with too many non essential options mixed in and not clearly demarcated from the basic tools. I found I had to do a great deal of trial and error to just find the basics for writing and this was time consuming and frustrating. Sometimes Microsoft makes changes that are very difficult to use. This is one example. BTW, I went from XP Home OS to 8.1. I found this similarly making unnecessary hard to navigate changes.

Never had to pay for Microsoft software updates until now for the Windows 11 for Windows 365. No choice but to pay to ensure updates are done.

If you use the Office lineup of apps, then it's a no-brainer plus you get a tb of storage.

I didn't have a lot of expectations for the laptop version of the program, but once I got it installed, it was actually pretty effective for linking to videos. Normally I have a major issue with it, but the linking function is more robust than in previous Powerpoint versions.

It's pretty much a requirement on any computer these days. The personal suite is a good value and works great, as expected.

Has all the MS Office programs. Essential for business as well as personal applications.

Good deal for this product. Every tool you need for productivity is included.

I already have MS Office 365 (family) on my old laptop, which I pay about $130/year for. The salesperson told me BestBuy can sell me the Personal version for $50/year. I told him that if it's only for one year, it's not worth it for me to switch. He assured me that I can pay the same cost every year afterward. I bought the license, but found out later that it only works for one year. I returned later to find the salesperson, but he was not around anymore. I have not activated the license yet. BestBuy should refund the money to me.

I dumped this for the stand along office product. I found the automatic back up to the cloud aggravating. Now retired. Smart enough to back any important files on to my own external hard drive. I recommend biting the bullet (initially more expensive) but buying the stand along product.

love it. the whole microsoft suite. wanted it for myself but daughter going to college soon.

It was easy to install and easy to set up. I've had no problems saving/opening projects I've saved while using my Mac when I continue a project on a PC.

This was the best purchase ever. Has everything that I need.
