In order to keep with current software updates, you have to purchase this software annually. I had the option of a one time purchase software but it would NOT provide software updates as they occur.

I can finally use the cloud, and access my pictures. He kind of closed many open holes for me. I will work with him again if possible

I hope it pays off for us. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that I want to got through the renewing process to see if it's as smooth as we were told.
