It’s really slow , it freezes a lot as well . It’s good if you’re using it for work related stuff as in using Microsoft or doing you’re resume and little things like that because when I was using it for Microsoft it wouldn't freeze, but if you have the money for something better than use something more expensive in a sense that it’ll last you longer as issues that can be fixed but this laptop won’t last without acting slow and freezing more so often.

I am still getting use to the new Office and so far I like it a lot. It is something I need, but I do find it to be expensive. And I use to like it when you could purchase the software one time, and would always have it and not have to renew it.

I purchased an Office subscription with my new laptop a year ago and renewal was as easy as picking up a new packet with code at Best Buy and then logging into my Office account with the new code. Probably took less than 10 minutes on the laptop.

Tech took time and made effort to resolve issues I was having with my lap top. Walked out with my computer fixed. Was impressed by the tech’s patience.

I've already been using the Microsoft Office programs that came with my Macbook for one year! They run great, and I have yet to have any issues with either Microsoft Word or Excel (which are the two I use the most)... I'm dreading the day it expires!

Easy to install. minimal effort. Like the fact you can buy a subscription since technology is changing so fast.

This came with a bundle when I bought a printer but you have to pay for it after 1 year. Free doesn't mean free anymore.

Came free with my laptop purchase as part of the student discount program. too bad it only lasts 1 year. Most companies or schools offer full versions of Office at a discounted rate

I bought this but I think that the publicity about it is incomplete. It does not state that installing this also installs One Drive which is not compatible with other cloud based backup services that you might already have installed. You can uninstall One Drive but things still back up to a One Drive folder in your PC. It also installs InterActual Player without asking your permission. Honestly, Office is a great suite but dropping Publisher is disappointing and the add ons are pernicious.
