I really hate that you have to pay for a subscription to use the apps like Word. Years ago, I bought the discs and downloaded those to my laptop and always had them available to download to a replacement laptop. It was a one time purchase. Now you have to renew a subscription.

The Geek squad helped us to get this installed properly and created icons onto the desktop - it's great to have these helpful apps.

works great. takes a little bit to set it up the first time. but after its set up, real easy to download. and its cheaper if you end up getting more devices or replacing old devices. once you have the subscription its good for all the new updates...no need to buy the latest version

I love this laptop. Its extra size is very useful to me as I have slightly larger hands. The only thing it doesn't have that I wish it did, is a backlit keyboard. I didn't know how much I relied on that with my former laptop until I started using this one. I can't imagine why HP didn't add that feature. Other than that, wonderful item!

If you're like me, I monitor almost everything. I like to see trends and graphs thus excel is a must. Also a fan of powerpoint and word. Wish it included picture manager though. I called MS and this app has been discontinued. As a very cool added bonus, you can install on three devices!

I like it because it’s what we used at my workplace. Essentially the same. Much more versatile email than gmail or other internet based junk. Of course word and excel are what everyone knows.

I know without MS Office, we cant do anything with our laptop, so got this one. So happy to work with it. Lot of exciting features have been added which makes our work creatively, easily and fastly.

I needed a good copy of Excel and just decided to go ahead and buy it while buying a computer. They were offering $10 off. I thought it was a good deal.

Super necessary for college students. My daughter is studying medical assistant and the college ask her to do a resume every month and send her test that she has to open by Word , before having the program she has to copy by hand and now everything is so much easy and less time consuming
