The big problem I have is that Outlook does not accept my Office Outlook password and there is no means to reset it. Without the password it remains non-functional. I will have to go through the trouble of calling MS or my IP.

However I use Google as my internet, e-mail, and scheduling platform. when. 365 was installed , I had to keep re-choosing Google as my primary. MS Edge and Outlook would not delete or shut off. I had to return to the Geek Squad at the store, and a great Geek Fixed the problem. Still when I tried to link my I phone to my computer MS edge interfered a gain. PURE GREED FROM ms

I cannot save to my desktop or do many of the things I am used to. I understand having to have it in documents if wanting to use from another computer as well, but you need to be able to then place on the desktop. I don't want to search through a bunch of documents just to find one! I have files, can normally go to that file, and easily see my document. There is way too much "wait time" the way it is. I am trying to find a desktop edition but have had not luck as yet.
