If you like to have the latest software then a subscription based plan is a great option, if you keep the same software for a few years an outright purchase might be the best.

This program, with the annual ability to have a forever update on the system - is instrumental to peak performance of my business performance. The only hiccups I had in the settings/programming/rules, etc... I was able to take time find all the answers to via google, YouTube and Microsoft support.

If something came up, contacted their Support Team who have always fixed issues with one call. Changed my email address over to outlook.com because I got tired of the Google Chrome issues with pathetic support help. I renew yearly when on sale or BB deal item. My former employers have The suite installed on their company laptops which sold me on staying with Office 365.
