||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this software simultaneously with a new laptop; it was lost in the delivery process; the claim was resolved rapidly; it installed easily; but, even though I have been able to use Office, every time I open one of the programs it indicates an error; it lets me keep on working after entering OK. I haven't been able to go near a Geek Squad with the laptop to have them sort out the problem.

There's a lot included that I don't really need or use. And I don't like the subscription approach at all. Why can't Microsoft keep things simple and restore them to how they previously were when it comes to their software?
