I had to take the first packet back as the number didn't work. Best Buy made an exchange quickly. I haven't used the Power Point yet but last time I I subscribed it had a problem. Microsoft didn't respond to my email. Not BB. I have used Office on and off for about 10 years. Can't beat Word's voice tool.
