Purchasing full copies would have been over $450, but the 365 is great for a year to help get through papers. Good to use for short term solutions and less expensive alternative than full Office copy and has all of the same document possibilities. Word is a little different formatting but easy to get use to.

I purchased this online at the same time that I purchased a 13.6" MacBook Air M2 online and immediately began receiving a pestering series of emails from Microsoft about downloading and installing their software -- but it was a few weeks before I actually had the computer and Geek Squad had completed migration of data from an older MacBook Air. Then because I had purchased this online I did not have an actual store "Receipt" which was supposed to have an Activation Key for the Microsoft installation. I actually made a Geek Squad in-store reservation for the purpose of simply discovering the Activation Key (which they did for me) and then I was able to accomplish the installation. Microsoft (and Best Buy not providing a "receipt") did not make the process easy or transparent.
