Microsoft Office 365 is a great productivity software for personal and business use. I like that I can install the native MS Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and also leverage and use the cloud online application versions. One Drive cloud storage, and vault are great for safeguarding my data and I can access my work and files from anywhere.

Bought this to add to my daughters HP laptop that we also bought here to send her off to college. Both work wonderful together and should we have any problems we also bought 2 years of Geeksquad help. Couldn't be happier with everything!

Good price for subscription. Too bad the subscription wasn’t longer.

All I need for work, school, and personal use in one package. Also, it's a good deal.

It's great that I can use it on all my devices- android phone, tablet, laptop and desktop. Also that I don't need to worry about upgrading- worth the $ not having to think about it.

I'm very glad I bought this subscription because it makes my life a lot easier, both in school and in everyday life. I can make tables, use Word documents, and much more.

The product is good. But Subscription services are NOT what I would choose. I would much rather just purchase the actual product for use on my machine once.

Your usual Microsoft things you need for the computer. Easy setup

I had to get a new desktop computer and the tech was unable to transfer over the existing MS Office since I could not find a disk, so I had to purchase a new program. I was disappointed to find that I could only buy an online download version that is a one year subscription, but I went ahead and used reward points and took advantage of a sale since I wanted to stay with what I was familiar with and be able to open my documents, etc. So far, I do see some differences, which I am getting used to and learning new things, so this is serving the purpose intended. Will continue working with it, evaluate and consider what decision is best when it's time to renew.

Awesome software only complaint is that i paid a 1 year subscription in full. I have a receipt and chose not to auto renew. However after 4 failed attempts to fix best buy not only has my subscription to auto renew anyway (without my consent) AND ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE SOFTWARE I PAID FOR IN FULL. THAT AND 4 SEPARATE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT TO FIX. NOBODY HAS HELPED ME. IM LEFT WITHNO CHOICE BUT CONTACT MY BACK REGARDING THE FRAUDULENT MONTHLY CHARGES AND THE INABILITY TO CANCEL AUTO RENEW MYSELF OR WITH ANY BEST BUY EMPLOYEE

Great purchase and use for my college student needs.

Continue the subscription for one year use. The feathers I like more is OneDrive and Outlook. Excel and Word always have the latest model to use, good to take this advantage of.

The program was easy to load and provides everything I’ve wanted and needed for my laptop. I also receive timely upgrades to the program.
