The install of this was confusing at first because it took a while to download. Once it downloaded it's been user friendly and fine since!

I have been a Microsoft Office user for a very long time and had to upgrade to the subscription product when I purchased a new computer. Not happy with the subscription part of it but the program is great. Will have to wait and see if I renew. Best Buy had a good deal on the first year so went ahead and purchased. Prefer Microsoft Office over other office products.

used office word and excel so far and the programs are easy to install/use.

Product was fine. The purchase process with Best Buy was very sloppy and frustrating.

I was led to believe I purchased all of Office Pro but Publisher was not included—very disappointing. When I went back to the store and went to the Geek dept I believe it was the manager that had to intervene for me to get taken care of. He did get me taken care of but I should not have had to go through all of that. Plus I purchased technical support and could not get through on the phone!

Good software and have been purchasing it for personal and professional use

My review is about the Office 365 software I purchased from Best Buy last night and the painful process thereafter in getting it downloaded and installed onto my Macbook. After spending two hours on multiple calls to Best Buy, a call to AppleCare as suggested by Best Buy, transfers and dropped calls to an Office 365 "specialist", we still couldn't figure out the issue. I tried three different browsers and still had no luck. Restarted my computer and a bunch of other troubleshooting, to no avail. The Download Center said is was a "network issue due to a lost connection". So I waited till Microsoft was open this morning, and after about an hour or so, was finally able to download the software. Apparently, it was due to a network glitch, even though I was able to download other things, including their remote access software, to my computer with no problems. This leads me to believe that there was something wrong with the Microsoft product since their tech support said several other Mac users were experiencing the same error yesterday. I am glad that I was finally able to use the product but have never had issues like this before, usually downloads are quick and seamless. So, buyer beware and please heed these warnings. Perhaps this is a way for Microsoft to have customers go through their site instead of purchasing through a third-party, but it shouldn't be this much of an ordeal regardless of where you purchased their product.

Got everything and it works but if you make a new user on your computer you have to purchase a new office 365 for them to use. Kinda lame.

I have yet to figure out how to install this product so that it works seamlessly. It isn't intuitive for someone who has never done it before.

It's a great product to have with lot of space. I'll recommend this Microsoft product for use. Hope its helpful.

Office has always been a great product and is now being offered at an fair price. Great add on to any computer.
