I like the computer except that with the grey on grey keypad, it’s nearly impossible to see the letters on the keys. It’s not so bad for me as I can type blindfolded, but my husband is a hunt and peck guy and it just frustrates him. Trying to get him more used to using the touch screen, but it is annoying. Otherwise, seems like a nice machine which more than meets our needs.

Meets my needs for calendar, email, etc.. The only problem is I'm not able to reliably update calendar on the iphone so I need to make all of my calendar updates on the laptop.

I have yet to figure out how to install this product so that it works seamlessly. It isn't intuitive for someone who has never done it before.

I bought this to install on my apple laptop because I've always used Microsoft products at work.

I haven't noticed any problems and it allows all my old files to work on Word in Windows 10. Haven't used other programs yet. Will see if updates arrive as promised in a year.

Went to this version of Office when a new laptop was purchased. The product is working as expected, but I don't feel there have been many improvements over the previous version.

A bit difficult to install, and required a call to Microsoft service to have it operational (my fault not the softwares). Highly recommend Microsoft Office for the Mac, and IPad.

Microsoft 365 is great for my small business. Easy to set up and downy. Any problems just search You Tube.

Great software makes work easier. My kids were able to use on their tablets.

I find Microsoft way more cumbersome to use over Google Suite. I run two different businesses out of Google Suite and will probably uninstall Micro from my computer.

This is helping my mother work on projects. She loves projects.

I am having a problem with the Outlook 365 with the usage between my iPad and iMac. Outlook's Customer Service was very helpful but wasn't able to get set up problems resolved completely as it created havoc with the server (Charter). I now don't have any e mail going out of my iPhone or my iPad..I have incoming mail on them. Charter customer service blamed Apple ...on and on. Hopefully I get this resolved soon.

A single use of Microsoft Office 365. Great for your laptop or home computer of the Microsoft Office Programs.

Thought this would be easy to install on my mac, but it wasn't. Had to create multiple Microsoft accounts without them working. Received an email from GeekSquad several days later saying "click this link to activate". I did and that seemed to do the trick. I am not so sure I like all of this cloud storage (ie: I don't get a disc to install myself, I have to go to Microsoft's webpage, set up an account, download the program, then install it). I wasted a bunch of time on trying to get this installed on my computer properly.

Very useful. Just like on a desktop. Excel is just what I needed for my iPad. Increases productivity on the go.

Works great. I prefer getting these through Geek Squad...much better customer service than Microsoft!

All of the MicroSoft Office Suite tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) installed easily and work just as they did in a Windows environment. All old files are readily accessed.

Fit for the purpose and the reasons for my purchase is for work and school

Bought this for my wife new laptop. She needed all the tools this program has.
