With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. They were not only arrogant, but did not know about the product. Took to Best Buy and in minutes they had it installed and running. Microsoft need to contact me about this as I feel they are being taken for a ride as the tech support was third party.

It includes Publisher as well as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and more. I could not do without it. Make is so nice having Publisher as a part of the Office package instead of having to buy it separately.
