Once on my laptop that was repaired by the Geek Squad when they could not access the office 2013 that I paid for. Second, I updated a mac book pro and the office 2013 was disabled and I "had" to update to a paid subscription to access all of the documents that I needed on the Mac Book. Microsoft at its finest in ripping off its customers.

I love it! I’m still learning where all the functions are because my previous version was created back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth (ha). But, it’s working great and I’m excited about this new version.
