Not to happy with Geek Squad sending me a discount after the fact and not being able to obtain it. That was the only unpleasant part. Maybe bestbuy should look into their practices

Any help I needed was right online with a Chat. Worked out very well. Now I have to get Outlook to talk to my phone so I can see my Calendar and Contacts.

I had to carefully read the options but was able to figure it out without too much difficulty.

Why does it have to be so complicated? I’ve never had this issue with Word, or any other program, before.

It's Microsoft so it's compatible with everything. It asks about updating too often and it's annoying.

Microsoft office for Mac made the transition easy, even when using a new operating system.
