The program downloaded but wouldn't install. Called Microsoft got put on hold forever. Tried Geeksquad but they would of had to charge me because it was software related. New laptop new software it should have been easy. After spending an hour on the phone with Microsoft finally got the program to install.

Takes time getting used to it all. But after you figure it out. No problems

this help the kids with there homework and the graphes that they need to do

i love this Microsoft office i can do all my college papers power point ex.

I am not sure its along story, but the soft ware was not working corretly.

It's hard to function using a computer these days without it.

This program works great for me, because I am a student and haven't done a lot of typing prior to going to school, so what it does, when it gets things done that I don't have to do it, makes my life a whole lot simpler. Hooray for Microsoft Office...

Makes a Versatile use of the computer no matter what the task

As a former Mac user, I am very happy to be able to have Publisher again.

Once I was able to get the product activated the set up was easy & product is easy to use. Best buy needs to be sure to activate before shipping & also needs to make sure employees are trained better.

We use Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point almost daily. Selected this annual, 365 subscription to maintain updates and compatible files. Was easy to perform update per included instructions from Geek Squad.

I purchased this to get a head start on organizing my life, from bills to personal goals etc etc. I could easily save the money and use the google version but since it lags like crazy, this is just simpler for me.

its a great service to have since im currently in school and I use word alot. Its helped me with getting papers done , and excel has also helped me with math . I def recommend it !

Microsoft office is a good program. The outlook can be hard to set up if you have a work email. I still can't get my godaddy email to work but I haven't done that much research on it. I have had success with the godaddy email on older versions of office.

I originally purchased Microsoft Office 365 for a required college computer class, not intending to use it much beyond the scope of my homework assignments. Much to my surprise, it was much more user-friendly and useful than I gave it credit for. Recently, I updated my resume using Microsoft Word and gave it a more modern, professional look using the many styles and templates the 2013 version has to offer, and after sending it to a potential employer I received a call back in no time. I am very happy with my decision to buy the yearly renewable version of Microsoft Office 2013, it was much more affordable as well as offering me the chance to upgrade to a newer version cost-free if/when one does become available. As someone who was using Wordpad and Notepad for years, I can attest that this is a wise investment both academically and professionally.
