Then the salesperson convinced me to try Office 365. I'm glad I tried it. I have access to everything on my iPhone now and also have cloud storage for my files. A nice feature.

I believe it's only a one year subscription though. This is my fault for not researching properly. I'm familiar with these programs so I expect a good product.

With this feedback, Microsoft came out with Office 365 (subscription based only) versions and Office 2016 versions sold at a one-time retail price and you own it forever. Frustrating nightmare

It took numerous attempts to properly install. I changed from a family plan to a single account and it was quite a headache. I miss the old days when Microsoft was user-friendly and easily accessible. All the updates, new "improvements" are not better. Often times, we need continuity and real users for this software - not developers that have no idea about the true operating of the end product.

It is easy to use and allows access to multiple platforms and users.

I was very hesitant to get 365 since it is a yearly but you get all updates and its a lot cheaper than the same set up of windows office 2019 with no updates.

I wish I had bought the version I could load on to my computer instead of pulling from the internet. It's not convenient when I don't have internet access. Guess I'm kind of an old style girl and prefer to have my software readily accessible.

A lot of similarities and definitely fixed my Microsoft Office Outlook issue.
