I did not need or want the trial subscription and have not installed it. Now I have to figure out how to cancel the trial subscription so I will not be charged for it. Disappointed that when you buy a Mac from Best Buy there is a con you have to agree to purchase something after a trial offer that you don't need or want.

Microsoft was no help either. I wanted to return the product with the lap top purchase, he said it would not do any good as it is a microsoft issue. Why do I pay for total protection???

It was a windows issues but other than that it was great
