I am loving my new Microsoft 365 package! It is helping me with so many things! I still haven't figured out how to use Copilot yet, but everything else works great!

I never bought software to 'rent' so..im tying out the subscription bc at the time i wasnt able to afford the $350 or so.. but so far its been great, and they even have life tech support to set up some pesky emails in outlook that wouldnt link or display all the folders..and that is free w/o additional costs so.. that in istself was wroth it. altho depending on the price when it runs out, imight just purchase to own..

Best buy Microsoft office is the best product for the right price. It is convenient to purchase, easy to install and simple to use. Plus, Best buy assures you of quality as well as technical support when you need it. I will always recommend Best buy Microsoft office to my family and friends

I purchased the MS 365 personal subscription copy for a brand new MacBook Air m1 that I purchased on the same day with Best Buy, under the impression that I'd be given 3 months of bonus subscription (a total of 15 months) with the price of 12-months given my purchase of a new device. However, it ended up that I wasn't granted the 3 months bonus subscription due to the problem that my laptop and MS 365 weren't placed on the same order (i.e., separate transactions). What happened was that I called Best Buy on a Friday afternoon for the the MacBook Air and placed my laptop order over the phone, after learning the fact the store where I wanted to pick up the laptop had one last machine left in the color I wanted. A few hours later, when I went pick up the laptop after work, I made the purchase of the MS 365 personal subscription copy so that I'd be able to us MS office on my new machine. I thought the store adjusted my transactions and granted me the 15-months of subscription for the price of 12-months, but that was where the problem started. After I installed the software on my new machine, I logged onto Best Buy and saw my subscription was only good for 12 months. I made MANY phone calls to the customer service, only to be looped in the system and speaking with different agents. Although the 5+ agents I spoke with all wanted to help me, none of them were able to due to the Best Buy policy that the bonus 3-months was contingent on purchasing the device and software as a bundle (i.e., in one transaction). There was no way to adjust for this, and I was very disappointed. Should I known the subscription was only good for 12 months, I'd definitely opt for other sellers than BestBuy for better pricing. Although I could understand the logic of the policy so that people don't try to take advantage of it for a prior device purchase, it was not well described online nor to me at the time when I placed order for the MacBook Air (i.e., nowhere in the descriptions of the offer mentioned it has to be placed on the same transaction; otherwise, even if the device is purchased on the same day, it will be considered as a "prior purchase" instead of "a new device purchase"). I'm thankful for all the agents I spoke with when I called the customer service because they genuinely wanted to help me, but I'm very disappointed by the unclear policy and wanted to make this known to other consumers who might be thinking of purchasing a device & MS Office subscription with Best Buy. For people who are interested in getting the bonus 3-months offer, please ensure to make your device and subscription purchase in one transaction as a bundle so you'll get the bonus months as expected.

This product is great and easy to navigate even for those less tech savvy.

The programs themselves work well, I’m just irritated that I have to pay a subscription for it. Also, I didn’t get the download emailed to me so I had to call customer service and have them send me a new key which was also irritating. I took off one star because of that.

Awesome software only complaint is that i paid a 1 year subscription in full. I have a receipt and chose not to auto renew. However after 4 failed attempts to fix best buy not only has my subscription to auto renew anyway (without my consent) AND ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE SOFTWARE I PAID FOR IN FULL. THAT AND 4 SEPARATE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT TO FIX. NOBODY HAS HELPED ME. IM LEFT WITHNO CHOICE BUT CONTACT MY BACK REGARDING THE FRAUDULENT MONTHLY CHARGES AND THE INABILITY TO CANCEL AUTO RENEW MYSELF OR WITH ANY BEST BUY EMPLOYEE

Overall, I've enjoyed my experience with Microsoft 365. Given, the current pandemic crisis, Office 365 - Teams has been an integral tool when providing IT support. There are so many unknowns when providing IT support to users from the devices, ISPs, and/or user's tech knowledge, Teams has made IT support that much easier. I like that nearly all apps can be accessed via a web version so that users can pick up where they left off without missing a beat.

Microsoft 365 is so easy to install and has everything I need!

Since MicroSoft has changed its manner of distributing its applications, this is the only way to get what used to come as a package that you would buy once and be done with it. So, there is no other choice. I still choose to use this application so I give it a 5-star rating.
