    Microsoft great product got even greater with this new version. They renamed it Microsoft 365 recently. Same thing. Just the name changed. Microsoft products easy to use always.

    I would recomend this product to anybody because lets face it its more cost effective for anyone and it also automaticly updates. while yes you need to buy another one in a year it is still cheaper and newer in the long run.

    I get unlimited cloud storage and all windows updates for $50 a year. What else could you ask for. I suggest jumping on this bandwagon before they start grandfathering in customers.

    Worked great when installed on new HP computer purchased from Best Buy but new computer didn’t work longer than one day. Therefore, I’ve lost money in both purchases. Not a happy customer.

    I have used Microsoft for YEARS and bought this because I bought a new computer. Frankly, Office 365 didn't show me anything new--we had already been using it in the L.A. law office where I used to work.

    Been using MS office for probably 20 years. It's always been a great, and has a solution for any kinda document you may need for school, work, home flyers, cards, you name it. Love the program, hate the high price.

    This program is a pretty good bargain, and has allowed me to use the cloud based drive for shared docs. Would recommend since outlook is pretty much the universal office suite of programs.

    Not all employees are Microsoft knowledgable as I found out. Even though I absolutely love the Geek Squad; they aren’t all Microsoft application knowledgable ( hardware knowledgable maybe. Personal 365 does have “Teams” but you cannot call out or have someone call you; which is why I needed 365.
