Had to take my computer back to Best Buy for them to install after 4 attempts to do on my own. Then had to wait for an hour to get installed properly.

It's like they crow bar money out of you with subscriptions now.

I've used open source options which are good as well but nothing beats good ol' Office. Pay the extra for it when you buy a new computer. You won't regret it.
