I bought this with new PC because Office tools are required for my work. However, upon closer review with online research, I found the cost of use for 1-year to be excessive given I would not personally use half of the features. I just needed a basic MS Office suite rather than all the online/cloud functionality this particular product includes. That said, I think if a friend researched it and it matched their exact needs, it'd probably be a decent value and I'd recommend they try it. I returned it before opening it and purchased a simple MS Office suite.

I'm a part time computer user. It suits me fine. I don't do spreadsheets etc., but for my needs Office 365 Personal is great. It's fairly easy to use even for me.

This software works great and as expected. I had no issues from download through the installation and use. It does contain some extras like free Skype minutes that I was happily surprised with.

I didn't study hard enough. Wasn't aware I would have to renew a suite on an annual basis. I'm not a fan of this. I will be researching a permanent purchase of an office suite before renewal.

Everything works fine but the subscription is to much..back in the day just buy the disc once and had it for life

Different from 7, but good. Yearly renewal; yuck!!

I need it to my home office work and daily routine.

Office 365 was easy to install and has the same familiar tools as the Office products on a PC. The new item is One Drive. This gets a little tricky to navigate for set up.

Light in weight. Laptop exterior is good for kids.

Nope, I no longer like MS - for ANYTHING. MS Office used to come loaded with the computer. Now, they "give" you a whole year "free", then you are charged every year after that. Why?...because of all the "enhancements" (?) Currently it's $100/yr but that's always subject to change. Nope, unless you're a Geek, stay away from Microsoft.

I was paying a monthly fee for this suite so was thrilled at the opportunity to have a year's subscription with my laptop purchase. It has everything I need for work and personal use.

I’ve used Office for years, but this is the first time I’ve used the cloud-based version. It was very easy to download and works beautifully.

I wanted to make sure I purchased a product that would be compatible to my work environment. Office 365 does it for me! I no longer worry about losing information through compatibility translation.

Not sure if it's the program software or the computer I just bought from Best Buy, but 365 programs are extremely difficult and frustrating to use. Personal 365 is not intuitive, extremely glitchy, what appears on your screen is not always what prints, and sometimes you have to keep clicking until a feature finally works.

Office 365 Personal (1 Person) (12-Month Subscription-Auto Renew) - Android, Chrome, Mac, Windows, iOS is good software that meets my needs.

You do not know all restrictions with this program. Once you stop paying for the original license it locks all your files save or store by them

Have been a Microsoft customer for quite sometime now. Easy to use programs and easy to load. I bought the subscription for the updates. Works for us.
