Bought this as a suggestion from the salesperson when I purchased a new computer. Still getting familiar with all that it can do.

A necessity for a lot of us. Hate the annual fee but nothing to be done about that. The good thing is the amount of cloud storage and one subscriptioncan be used with multiple computers

Office 365 Personal is a great product and I highly recommend this for our current work at home life status. Thanks, MicroSoft.

I can do almost anything I need with this package, easy to use and lots of improvements. So nice to have well intergrated components that well so well with lots of helps when needed.

Office 365 is a very important and useful product. I am attending college online and my daughter is an online student as well. We need this product to do some of our assignments.

I bought this product along with laptop ,works great on Windows OS. It's the most updated version with all the necessary features to finish our work more efficiently and smarter.

not a huge fan of the yearly subscription but it does provide all of the latest software for the office suite.

This is needed by pretty much anyone with a laptop, computer or any compatible device. And the fact I was able to price match to Amazon for a lower price, even better!

Great subscription and easy to use. Highly suggest this if you are on the fence.

We all need MS office for work or class and the product hasn't changed too much. It's nice having the cloud storage, but a bit of a bummer having to subscribe annually for updates.

Had to buy this, since no more CD tray in the new laptops. I am used to the Office Word and Excel so I had no choice but to buy this online subscription. Better than nothing.

Being a student I have a need to use Word and Powerpoint... wish MS would offer an ala carte selection for their Office programs so you could only purchase what you actually needed.

Best Office update I ever decided to do. Coupled with my Microsoft Surface Book and my office is everywhere anytime. Still learning but there is not one negative aspect as of yet.

Too difficult to install, and understand. When installing don’t know if I completed or not too many steps after completing it then I still was asked to pay money. I’m not understanding it. Poor set up.

Must have for reports, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent most used spreadsheet application. Wish I could use one account for different product code on different computers.

I finally succumbed - it was just too difficult to NOT have MS Office on my newest Mac. Makes my life much easier! No problems installing it.

I like the Microsoft PC package better—more options.

This product was wonderful for the first year of use. Following that, the subscription wasn't activating on my computer. I reached out to customer service via phone and online chat 4 times and they were unable to help. They then said I had to pay $50 for this product to be serviced (almost as much as the product.) Won't be continuing with Best Buy for this Subscription.

Very easy to install and get set up. Downloaded pretty quickly with no problems.

Same as every version of MS Office thats been released over the last 25 years. i am not fan anymore of MS Office and really anything having to do with MS after they took over control of hotmail and locked me account of my own account claiming security reasons. Only to find that their AI system has determined that I am not me and I am threat to my own email account. Final reason I dont use this software is that MS is following the social media giants by removing customer service completely and replacing it with Chat Bots.
