I already was using Office 2016 and with assistance from a tech via phone who assisted me in installation and activation, I am now using 365 and it works as it should.

Office 365 is a great product to have it offers everything you might need. This was put on my sons laptop and he uses the options available almost daily.

I have been trying to download the Microsoft 365 software that I purchased with my computer and have not received clear information on how to do so. On my order confirmation email, it states I will receive an email on how to access it. The email I received provided me with a verification code and said I should go to BestBuy.com and enter it to access the product, but it did not tell me where to enter it. When I try to download the digital software, it asks for my product key - I cannot find the product key!!

this is my first time using the web-based subscription service. I'e always owned the old style of download version. This one works great. Its pretty easy to use.

Office 365 offers a nice solution to full office needs done in an annually licensed way. Purchase for a family of computers is very reasonable.

Still working through how 365 actually works. Not as intuitive or "Word-like" as I thought it would be. Getting files where you want them seems tortuous, but I'm still learning.

I installed the product the night I got it but it wasn’t available to use until the next day. Other than that, this Microsoft system is easy to use and super fast.

I'm enjoying the features of this new software and still in the early stages of learning all the ins and outs. It has definitely been a step up for me.

I have always loved Microsoft Office and this version is outstanding. It's very easy to install and use. I've learned a lot of new tricks with it.

The software came free (for 1 year) with purchase of a computer. After the year is up, I probabaly will not renew since there are other free options out there such as OpenOffice.

It was so easy to help set up ; just go inside your Microsoft word and put in the Key .. follow the steps and then you are connected . I love it so far

Good to have but I didn’t really need it. Once the year is over I am canceling.

I purchased the Office 365 for my 12th grader, along with her laptop. The product has worked for her tremendously, without any hassles. Setup was very simple. No problems as of today.

It's office, what more can be said except I miss the days that you would buy a piece of software and you could use it for life. Now your only renting the thing. If I didn't get it free with my laptop purchase I would probably not have bought it.

It's cool but might be better off just owning outright. It's nice to get updates and upgrades but some of them are mediocre at best can still do everything with out them.

Office 365 is truly user friendly. I can type my papers with ease because of the templates given to assist me in doing it professionally and efficiently.

I recently bought a MacBookAir and I needed this product to complete several tasks. I am a school teacher and we do several documents using Office. It works great on my device.

As a student, Microsoft office is my life. The cloud and auto save features have saved my life on numerous occasions. Always easy to use.
