As convenient as it is to have SaaS with the MS Office tools, it cannot match the functionality available in the desktop MS Office application. I'm not using it at all, instead I'm running MS Office 2010 and I'm very satisfied with it

I returned the 1-yr subscription version and bought the more expensive version that you don't have to renew every year. Much better value for the money! Still a great product though.

So great being able to open my word docs . As well as creating new documents

I love Best Buy and the Roseville Geeks are the best. This clearly is not a reflection on BB or the Great Geeks. I am horribly disappointed that Microsoft is charging so much for their software then has the audacity to have it Auto Renew. Before my renewal, I'm going to do some research and find different software. Shame on them. As a side note, the Geeks should let the customer know about the Auto Renew before they load it on their computer or lap top. Keep up the good work Geeks!

Is as advertised although an overkill !!! I don't need everything that is in the software package and honestly would never need it. But a good option to have just in case.

Not much to say other than it works lol. Allows my family to do everything from school work and my wife can do her work at home which keeps her here more often.

Easy to setup and use. Great because it is compatible with all laptops and computers. Especially for MacBooks apple productd being that this usually comes with windows

Needless to say everyone must have it, I know there is google option too but can't compare to Office 365... At least my personal opinion.

Greta product. Need to find the key to reload after computer repair. Tech support took too long and call got disconnected.

Products perform great. Microsoft gave me a product key and did a 3 way with best buy customer service who promised to send product key for office 365

excellent program for word processing, managing bills, and other household expense, and writing (typing) letters, book writing, charts, and graphics

I always purchase Office whenever I buy a computer at Best Buy because I feel the two go hand in hand. Installation was easy. The program itself is wonderful!

I got this to work on my school work. I found it works great with programs like Dragon naturally speaking and other type based programs.

Office 365 is a must! Easy to install and auto renewal is convenient. Good subscription to have for personal home computers.

Office 365 is great! The additional storage with One Drive and knowing I will have access to the latest versions on any of my devices is awesome!

I am a journalist, long time foreign correspondent and an older man. I am confused by this product and unable to figure it out and why I was told to buy it. I long for something clear and simple with which to write. I try to follow the directions but am unable to understand them. I can and do write books, but this is beyond my ken.

It took a little getting used to, but I like all of the features offered in the Office 365. It offers so much more than the old office version on my old laptop.

Best Buy sold me a code that was already redeemed by someone else. I called them at least 10 times and went to the store 3 times and no one was willing nor able to help me. Terrible! DO NOT BUY THIS CODE FROM BEST BUY!!! Buy directly from Microsoft instead next time

365 has what I need to do my job. Simple, user friendly, lots of applications that's more than enough to do what I need to do. Included in my purchase for 1 year trial.

I got this program for my new computer, and it is definitely an improvement for the older version I had. Lots of upgrades and new features make this a great program for every computer.
