I am new to Windows 8 and just starting out with this new laptop. I am becoming familiar with some of it's uses but still new. I love the key board and viewing of the screen. I wish their would of been some classes on how to use it and what is the best way to apply. I also find that the geek squad is knowledgeable but a long distance for me to travel to get their assistance. I have tried to contact the geek squad through chatting but found that I was not familiar enough with it to get anything out of it. I kept dropping them or was disconnected. I know once I become familiar with Windows 8 I will probably get to really enjoy it. I am looking forward to that day.

Confusing. Difficult to navigate. Had to return desktop to Geek Squad twice because it was not completely installed on PC the first time I brought it in.

All the functionality you need for writing documents, preparing presentations, doing bookkeeping and other business work, etc. Just wish it was cheaper!

Office 365 is great for PC users converting to a Mac!! Also, instead of paying a high price for Office 365 you can now pay a yearly subscription and upgrade with your subscription!!

I started using Microsoft Office 365 two years ago, and I love it! I love the option of renewing every year in case you get a new device. It is easy to load and use!

I really enjoy the Office 2016 suite products, but the annual fee is a bit of a rub. At least they throw in the "free" one drive storage but beware, if you use all the storage on one drive you'll have to pay the fee every year.

Still great after all these years. I love how easy it is to make up templates I need and to find pre-done templates for the common tasks.

I set my account to “do not renew “because i missed the deadline. I went back a few months later and Best buy chaged the setting! They also made it so you cznt cancel the subscription!! Office 365 is an unstable crap and I dont want it. See other reviews and they say the same thing ! im going to report best buy just so theres a record of it somewhere . You cannot unsubscribe and the phone number they have no clue whT to do !

For those that like Office, I think you will be quite happy with this version. It's been working really well, no issues or quirks.

Okay I am not a fan of the yearly subscriptions, I would rather pay all at once and it is mine. Lots of my friend are moving to Google DOCS. I may not be far behind.

Does not work for me. Always asks for product key or to purchase.

Excellent product. Very happy with performance. Would highly recommend to anyone out there looking for something similar.

Annoyed that the MO products have to be purchased as a subscription nowadays. I got a pretty big discount for purchasing with the laptop and Best Buy membership, but I doubt ill renew it for full price when the term is up, since i have Microsoft products on my work computer.

IM SO GLAD I PURCHASED THIS OFFICE 365 IT MAKES MY LIFE MUCH EASIER WITH SCHOOL AND I ALSO BECAUSE I NEED IT AND EASY TO USE.

Only thing I really use a laptop for is to run the Office suite of products. This installed very easily on my laptop and runs like a charm.

Microsoft 365 is a good suite of tools to use and have on hand. It's nice when integrated with Box for cloud storage and access.

Everything I need for business. Super easy to upload and I had one issue they handled it right away. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Purchased my wife a new computer. She had a number of files in word and excel that would not be accessible without 365.

I was a bit skeptical about getting this but when I downloaded it and used it, it proved itself. I am able to use it on all my devices; computer, tablet and phone.
