Nothing much to do but start the PC and accept a few terms. Programs ready to go, email easily set up, converts Win 7 Office without issues.

I recently purchased a MacBook Air, and Best Buy had a great deal for Microsoft Office for only $49. The subscription is good for a year. Definitely a great deal.

Office 365 Personal, 1-year subscription, works fine. It is just too bad that we are forced to buy these every year now when they use to just come with the computer.

This software is a must have. I am a big fan of Microsoft office, and now I can access all of my Office Documents anywhere with the resources included with this program.

Giving our computer the latest version of office. So far so good. Lots of things to learn. the software keeps getting more advanced to navigate.

Its a bit confusing when you download and install and days later they still are telling you to install. MS support is non- existent, but Best Buy has been good.

Simple and seamless install. Typical Microsoft quality as we have all come to expect. Love that the suite also includes all future upgrades at no additional cost.

I paid for this product 49.99 and bought a laptop the laptop had windows s mode which didn’t allow any installation. Today i go to finally install and use it and it’s expired. I paid for a digital down load and Best Buy took my money and can’t offer any type of help.

It's not plug in and play. One will have to work through all the apps. However, it is a necessity to doing any online work.

I have worked with Office for many years in my job and I love that I have it on my personal laptop now. It works great and I would be lost without it.

Microsoft word has always been user friendly and there is nothing different here with the 365.. Just not sure I'm appreciating this annual expense now... We will see over time I suppose.

This updated Microsoft Office has everything I could want and more. I'm learning some of the new updates and applications. It's great!

Ridiculous setup; after having purchased the personal 365 version in Sept/2020, now need to upgrade to the family 365 version and there's NO WAY TO DO IT without buying family, installing family, deinstalling personal, and then calling Cust Svc to get the remaining 4 months of personal credited back to our account. What should have been a 10 minute upgrade is now a 4 hour waste of one's life just b/c we purchased 365 from Best Buy instead of from MSFT directly.

Nice! Whenever there is a patch or update, you are contacted to download the updates. When the new version comes out, samething, your updated with this.

Best buy has always sold amazing products and this is a great example! The service is always world class.

This purchase was unnecessary! The laptop came installed with the Microsoft 365. I was so confused as to why they recommended me to buy it if it was already on the laptop.

I used my old MS Office for years. The new 365 is slow, and of course works a bit differently.

Added newest version of Office 365. Immediately found and used parts that I did not have on my old versions. An excellent program.

Office 365 is a quality program that is user friendly and is good for the novice level user. The program can improve the quality of your work.
