I would like to cancel and get a refund or the system to let me cancel the auto renew which it wouldn’t let me do with calling.

But to be honest I do not like that I have to renew the subscription each year. I liked it when you could buy it out right. But the software has gotten so pricey that makes it difficult. Definitely worth it if you are needing the things Microsoft Office provides. Pluses would be that it will update itself with any changes that come down over the year, which is one thing that doesn't happen as often with the one bought out right a few years ago.
