Good only reliable word and excel. I use word and excel for day to day tracking, helping kids in school with anything they need, creating to do lists, managing money spending costs, etc. This was installed easily at time of laptop purchase and did the annual where I get all the upgrades. In the constant changing technology world sometimes old reliable meets the need the best!

I have had multiple issues with the 365 but mostly because I am not literate that way. I did finally get it installed and working great!

To be quite honest I didn't think I would think very highly of this product. I didn't really have much of a care about any of the features this came with as I already had a 365 subscription through my university. However, I can now say that I'm glad I decided to go ahead and purchase the newest personal version with the full suite of features. It has helped me be more productive with work and school than I ever have been, and the windows defender security program has helped me out immensely.

Why pay yearly when you can pay once and be done with it. For your everyday use in Office and at home, a must have for budget conscious and publisher in the house.

Purchased as an add-on with my Surface Pro. Install was super easy, haven’t purchased software in a long time, as I hadn’t bought any laptop type devices in years. Everything on install was easy, updates have also gone easy along the way. Perfect to make my Surface function essentially as my laptop replacement, don’t need anything more than this.

This product is useful everyday that I turn on the computer. Having the ability to initiate documents any monument is important to my day to day activities.

My first experience buying 365 in best buy was satisfied in system process when I installed and configuration on my new MacBook. And installation guide by best buy was helpful.

This is a real good easy setup ever since I got the Microsoft words it's been very easy for me to do my powerpoints for school and even typing my essay. I love it

EASY TO INSTALL. GOT THE LATEST 2016 VERSION. IT FASTER AND EASIER TO NAVIGATE THEN THE OTHER VERSIONS. SEEMS TO FREEZE SOMETIMES ON EXCEL. ON WORD SOMETIMES IT FREEZES AND I HAVE LOST DATA I HAVE IMPUTED. I'VE ALWAYS USED A HP/WINDOWS SYSTEM, SO I GUESS THIS IS A NEW EXPERIENCE USING OFFICE 365. I MISS SOME OF THE OLD BUTTONS WHEN YOU FIRST GET ON WORD. WHERE IS ASKS YOU IF YOU WANT TO START A NEW DOCUMENT. ON THE LEFT SIDE BAR IT GAVE YOU MORE OPTIONS. CHANGE IS GOOD, JUST HAVV TO ADAPT.

I use only word and excel but the other programs are nice to have too. Office has been around for a long time so if it wasn't any good microsoft would stop selling it.
