Good product for my office work, especially the invoices.

Really like all the programs that it came with, easy to install and price is good.

Software that is needed convenient and easy to use

This product is fairly easy to use and has a lot of great features. I have not mastered all of the programs, but am looking forward to learning.

I appreciate the simplicity of this product. I wasn't looking forward to changes, but I have found it easy to navigate.

I love best buy, great customer service. The workers go above and beyond and a very helpful. They don't stop helping you until you find what you are looking for and they take time to explain what you don't understand. I have good experience every time.

You have to go to Microsoft's website to enter card code off of card in the Microsoft Office 365 packet to get download. It is similar to a lottery ticket scratch off. Problem is even scratching off very gently you scratch off part of the code. You are pretty much screwed. Called Best Buy. They said bring in and they'll see what they can do. We'll see. The 30 day Microsoft software sample that came on my new HP Laptop is good and does what I want it to do. I would recommend this software but be very careful when scratching off to read code on card.

haven't activated it yet. Will activate it hen my current subscription ends.

well it finally happened , Microsoft leading the way , is getting all the software app developers to have all the new apps subscriptioned based , soon all apps will be like this ; no more just buying it and using it ; now you have to pay a yearly fee to use apps ; this app is very good but complicated with some features - especially those that are "cloud" based ; the app will handle your needs tho

Helps get all the work done for work and home. Easy to use.

I love using my MS products and it was easy to install and operate.

Still learning how to use Word and Excel but can easily see its a giant step up from the WORKS program I have used for 7 years with Vista.

The office products provide the essentials of what I need to produce the data needed.

So happy to use MS Office. Particularly Excel and Word.

The software works equally well on my phone as well as my laptop.

I bought the subscription package for one. No problems with installation (with Windows 10). I had planned to buy the standalone package until I heard that after one year, it would not be supported to switch it over to a new/different pc (still as one user). To me, that seems unfair to the consumer; I felt stuck with going with the subscription to avoid the risk of losing use of the product should my pc need replacing after one year. If Microsoft sells a standalone package, it should at least support switching it over to new pc past one year.

Works great. I couldnt do daily things without it.
