Usually have great service with geek squad in store. This was the worst by far.She did not think that she should be bothered with my problem. Not every person is a computer expert. Very inconsiderate.

I purchased the Geek Squad Protection and Virus protection when I bought my all-in-one pc. It has proven to be well worth the price. Later when I got my laptop, since the price covers up to three devices. I was able to add it at no additional charge. I've taken both my pc and laptop to the in-store Geek Squad at least four times. They were able to solve the problem quickly, efficiently at no additional charge and were very courteous. This service was well worth the price. I renew it every year.

It looks at this point like everything is working fine, and I appreciate the perpetual update process for the Office tools.

I needed to be able to work away from the office. I have been able to do everything I need so far. No issues with compatibility.

Expensive for what I need. I only need my address book for Emailing

much needed as a student. It came included with my computer, but I will continue purchasing it when the subscrpition runs out.

Another example of how bigger is not always better. This software package is very functional for the most part but I find that I'm clicking through more and more commands and pages than is necessary compared to earlier versions. I'm 6 weeks into using Outlook and I'm still challenged by the more complex way it handles basic routines compared to earlier, simpler versions. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this software.

I wanted to purchase a one-time Office package, not an annual subscription, but Microsoft no longer offers a product similar to what I have used for several years.

This Microsoft Office software is definitely going to definitely help me with school and when I get a job in the future.

I was hesitant to try the option of a yearly subscription but I think it will provide me with an affordable option that can be updated yearly.

I was pleased with how easy the program was to use. Upgraded from old Word program and were able to pick up how to use program with no problems.
