They didn't mention that I have to go through microsoft to return and get a refund. Its been three weeks and microsoft is STILL CHECKING INTO IT. I dould have been told at the time of purchase how I had to return it. I wouldn't have purchased it. BEST BUY DIDN'T HAVE MY BACK.

For the iPad you will want to follow these steps. First download the Microsoft 365 App you would like from the Appstore. Then Tap the app to launch it.
Sign in with your Microsoft Account or Office 365 work or school account and tap Next.
You are good to go.
