I had a hard time on downloading this Microsoft, it truly was not easy. After installing the Office 365 Personal I was able to send my work and complete project. I score an average because of the difficulty of installing the Microsoft, but 5 stars because it worked.

I had a grad project due and couldn’t wait any longer so I purchased directly from MS. Went into store to return and the answer was no. Best Buy made $70 for nothing when it was their software that failed to send me the activation link.
