I have 3 computers that I regularly use at home and an I-phone that I use this software on. Saving the files to the cloud means that I can open the latest and greatest file on anyone of these sources. It's also nice to have the latest software...how many times have you bought the "latest" of something only to find out they came out with a newer version the next week? I hate that.
