No Full Refund: Time Clock Starts At Purchase!

What they don't tell you is that, as soon as you purchase it, a usage time clock starts. So, three weeks later when I asked for a refund, they gave me a "prorated" one; i.e., about $20 less than the purchase price, although I had never activated the application.

Frustrated

I thought I would be able to do so much writing in my laptop but every time I go to click on word it takes forever to load. It freezes up and my new laptop been for repairs due to the not loading. I have decided to not renew my subscription because I am unable to use it
