We did not active the subscription. So, looks like I just lost my money on of this. NOT happy that there is no way to check to see that it has not been used / activated. I changed my mind and do not want the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription. Apparently, I cannot return for reimbursement even though it wasn't installed.
