We're sorry there's an issue using Microsoft 365 Personal. Once the Product Key for this product is associated with your Microsoft account, you don't need the code to manage the software. You can sign in to account.microsoft.com to install and manage Microsoft 365.

I thought I had it installed but I only had the Chrome extensions. I then contacted Microsoft who gave me great service and walked me through the Google Play store where I was unable to install until I enabled the store in my Google Settings. In the end it all worked out but BestBuy did not give me the info required to make it work.
