I had no problem getting the software to load, and Word is, well, Word. (I always preferred WordPerfect, but that's me). I haven't used anything else in the suite, but have received an email with "helpful tips" that I might read one day. In my spare time. Of which I have SOOOO much.

Salesman described that any updates would be automatically offered to me (thru subscription) rather than needing to purchase a new program- every coupla years... that sold me! Plus- I need Publisher- and is quite a bit more for the stand-alone programs.
