I am so glad that I am now able to use all of the features of Microsoft Word to get my work done efficiently. Great product and easy to use.

I am very happy that I purchased this product because I needed to obtain a license for Excel word PowerPoint, etc. I am also happy with the customer service that I received at the Best Buy in East Brunswick New Jersey.

If it didn't come preloaded on the computer, then you used to be able to buy the programs you wanted and have said program for the life of your computer. Now, I'm forced to get them all and pay for it all the time. The program itself is great. It's having to do a subscription service that annoys me to no end.
