I got very helpful advice and direction from my Best Buy employee - Jacob (Sioux City Best Buy) in my purchases. I absolutely love my new laptop and software install by the Geek Squad.

This product is fairly easy to use and has a lot of great features. I have not mastered all of the programs, but am looking forward to learning.

Office 365 is the best way to go. Not only do you get the entire standard office suite but you get use on up to 5 devices, antivirus, 1TB of cloud storage and One Drive. More than worth it for someone who works full time and does school full time.

Not as easy to use in some ways as previous versions. Some of the editing features in excel not as intuitive. Otherwise it gets the tasks done.

You have to go to Microsoft's website to enter card code off of card in the Microsoft Office 365 packet to get download. It is similar to a lottery ticket scratch off. Problem is even scratching off very gently you scratch off part of the code. You are pretty much screwed. Called Best Buy. They said bring in and they'll see what they can do. We'll see. The 30 day Microsoft software sample that came on my new HP Laptop is good and does what I want it to do. I would recommend this software but be very careful when scratching off to read code on card.

Couldn’t go without having Microsoft Word on my Mac

I finally made the switch from the old, old version to Microsoft 365 and so far I’m liking this new version. The transfer was relatively easy and I was able to make a PowerPoint presentation within an hour of the unboxing of the new computer and set up.

Incredible easy to activate, and apps create an ease of use

I miss the days when you could buy a laptop with at least Word loaded. The Office 365 suite came on sale with my laptop, but the license is yet another annual expense now (and nothing to prevent prices from going up). All I need it for is Word, but it is necessary to get all the bells and whistles and cloud storage (which again, you have to pay to maintain). The question below asks "would you recommend this to a friend?" I have no choice but to say yes. There is actually no choice at all. Thus 4 stars.

Still learning how to use Word and Excel but can easily see its a giant step up from the WORKS program I have used for 7 years with Vista.

The Microsoft 365 was very easy to install and defintely a good value considering all you get.

I only needed this product to have access to Microsoft Word, which I do use. So far, so good. I especially like the fact that I can automatically save my work and not have to worry about missing a click and losing it all.

I bought the subscription package for one. No problems with installation (with Windows 10). I had planned to buy the standalone package until I heard that after one year, it would not be supported to switch it over to a new/different pc (still as one user). To me, that seems unfair to the consumer; I felt stuck with going with the subscription to avoid the risk of losing use of the product should my pc need replacing after one year. If Microsoft sells a standalone package, it should at least support switching it over to new pc past one year.

Does what I need! Just like being in the office. All I need now is Adobe Acrobat.
