The drawback is if you do not renew it every year, it won't let you edit documents. They use to not charge every year, buy it once and you were good, don't like what they did to charge every year The positive side it is compatible with most other programs and easy to use.

Geek Squad stated they couldn't help and Microsoft support is not helpful. A total waste of money.
