You promised that when i bought the product, it would be functional but how is a laptop functional when the charger isn't the correct one? And when I went to the store on 88th street, they only had one correct charger for the laptop and it did not work. I did not feel like adequate service was provided nor did they try to remedy the situation at all. They just wiped their hands clean. I had to buy the charger from another location. It's false advertisement when you say that the laptop is functional. I honestly felt like it was done on purpose or done carelessly. Either way, unacceptable.
