||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It used to be that you bought some software and used it for as long as you wanted, or until you upgraded the operating system and it was no longer compatible. It looks like this didn't insure a high enough revenue stream to Microsoft. Now you don't buy the software anymore, you just lease it, for a year at a time, and pay the fee each year. The one year subscription came with the computer I bought, but I won't renew it when it expires.

The IPad is the best at home for gaming and purchases, its just bigger to view. Purchases are much safer with this product as well. I use it all over the house especially when cooking, its perfect for those cooking apps and grocery list apps. I almost never miss calls anymore. With the IPad ringing and the Iphone in another room, I can hear it!

I've used Outlook for years and am comfortable with it. Actually, another reason why I should have purchased the Lenovo 13.3" instead of the MacBook 13.3". I have not used the MacBook yet ...not comfortable with it and have not had time to pull it out and get acquainted.

I find it interesting to see how the licenses are being handled. We no longer have access to work or institution related licenses. Now retired. Hard to live without it but PLEASE keep the price down and within reach of retirees! More power than we can use now but great software...

All the programs work fine I do not like the app layout though. It has a lot of things I do not need and Word is sometimes extremely slow to load. It seems that things are scattered around instead of in a nice, neat place. Suppose I am use to older versions, but this one gets the job done.
