Customer Ratings & Reviews

The program is of great utility for people of any age; it is very important to have it for the benefit of the user.

Simple product to update your computer. Also fairly reasonably priced.

The help was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and even patient for an older adult such as me.It is very important that the older adults try getting technology, as the world has changed so my.best buy has been the place for me hands down. I would recommend anyone to best buy for thier technology support.

Not too much to say since Microsoft word processing has always stayed consistent. Got a good price for1st year with purchase of a new pc. What I don't like is that you now have to pay yearly for the software. Years ago when you purchased the program you could use it indefinately.

Although I have used the Microsoft Office Suite for years, I have only recently purchased the 365 Personal, so it will take me awhile to get used to the new features. Nonetheless, I am finding that it is relatively easy to use, and Word now has far more editing features than I had encountered in previous editions. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a complete but updated series of the world's favorite applications.

All in one dell computer, desk top lots of memory,

Office is the go to for me for word processing and spreadsheet! This version allows me to have the apps on my phone, too. The Best Buy price (at least as a member) saved me money over just renewing through Microsoft. No complaints here!

I Didn't realize this came with the one drive application that gives you a whole terabyte of cloud storage for the duration of your subscription. Also, you can download on your mobile and basically sync mobile and computer together through the clouds. All my pictures in one place but multiple places at the same time. Mind blown.

Easy to set up. Have had no issues accessing and using Microsoft 365.

Easiest way to purchase and use MS Office. Always stay up to date with the latest from MS Office.

Good product to have when you work from home and use it for other means

I found the product very easy to install and satisfied my needs for the Microsoft Office Suite. My key software is always updated via Microsoft without intervention required on my. part. I always have the most recent robust version of Office in the most secure environment

I knew when I was offered the Microsoft 365 for my computer I was going to purchase it. I have worked with word and excel in many different forms. This is a great program for writing letters, creating budgets and presentation. I highly recommend it for your computer.
