||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Need instructions at time of installation, before leaving the store with new laptop. Had to call Geek Squad. Apparently the 365 was not fully installed; Geek Squad activated it by phone. Still some problems. Some customers, like me, do not know what questions to ask. Also, your surveys should add "Not Sure" to question about 'would you recommend thus ptoduct'.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Always worked with Office so this is no exception. The Mac version does have a few limitation in Excel but I always find a workaround. I would always recommend office to anyone with a Mac or PC.
